The 2011 was one of the best meetings in recent history.   This past year we hit a real turning point with the new 32-bit version 8.0 of the SCAN/US software. Joe Parker of Scan/US helped us discover many of the new features in the updated version.  The main agenda item again this year is training on the new 32-bit version of Scan/US.  Scan/US will once again be with us to provide the training.  The new version of Scan/US has greatly enhanced functionality.  Any user or potential user of Scan/US would benefit greatly from attending.

When
The meeting starts on Monday, April 16 at 1:00 and ends on Wednesday, April 18 at noon.  The Steering Committee will meet on Monday morning at 10:00.

Where
This year’s meeting will be in Room CL15 WW at LifeWay Christian Resources.  LifeWay is located at One LifeWay Plaza just off Ninth Ave, North, in the heart of downtown Nashville.  For more detailed directions, click here.

Lodging
Rooms have been reserved at the Holiday Inn Express - Nashville Downtown for Data Consortium attenders for two nights, April 16-18.  The hotel address is:  920 Broadway, Nasvhille, TN 37203.  When you call, tell the reservations person that you are a member of the LifeWay Baptist Data Consortium (the name LifeWay is attached because we get LifeWay's discounted rate at the hotel).  The room rate is $112.00 per night plus taxes. The rates include complimentary parking (a $19 value) and a complimentary hot buffet breakfast. Make your reservations early!
